What are some good names for a fender electric?
ok, so i just bought a Fender- Squier affinity stratocaster( i havent even touched it yet) and its in like, fiery fiesta red and i was wondering what i should name it XD.
also is this type of electric guitar a good one?

Well, it's not a particularly good guitar. But for $179, you're probably not gonna do much better, so it's probably as good as any. At least its made out of alder, instead of the usual Squire agathis wood. However, you could have bought a new real Fender MIM Standard Telecaster for like $400 if you had looked around. It'll do while you learn, though. Start saving your money for a high quality amp, then in about a year or so, upgrade your guitar to a real Tele.
