String skipping is one of the techniques to play the guitar that is complicated. It requires more knowledge of the theory music and techniques to grow. Although difficult, it is a method that is great for getting a particular sound. It is also an alternative to traditional solo riffs that come from blues linear or diatonic scales. In traditional style, some notes are played on adjacent strings or a single series, bringing the linear melodic passages or phrases.
