will eating a lot and taking supplements help me bulk up in musclemass during the football season?
if i eat a lot in general minus the junk(chips,cookies etc.),take the right supplemental bars/shakes,drink lots of milk and oj(no soda) during the football games or practices/workouts, daily during the season.will it help me get stronger and bulk up in musclemass?
im 15 and in high school
its better to lift weight and work out the parts you want to bulk up taking protein will help as long as you work your muscles and try to run also you don't want to lose any speed while trying to bulk up
