How to get wax off a high gloss black table?

I spilt candle wax on the coffee table and thanks to your tips, removed it with a credit card. However, the wax has left a surface mark on the high gloss black finish. I can't iron it etc as it'll damage the gloss effect. I guess somekind of liquid is needed. Any suggestions??
Ps it is black lacquer

use a ice cube rub it over the wax it will freeze it wipe it off with a rag
