Marching Band
marching Band?
During parades for marching band we have to wear really heavy uniforms. Its really hot in them so i usually get sweat rashes. Is there any way to prevent this?
[we have to wear a t-shirt and shorts with the uniform]
uh you have to wear a white shirt and black shorts. you cant wear underarmor and you cant get any baby powder on the uniform.
Why don't you just wear clothing that is closer to your skin?
When I was in marching band I work spandex shorts and a tighter t shirt. Until then the sweating was unbearable.
Don't you have stops in your parades where people can give you water?
