How to mix a classic 4 packs Pillsbury white cake mix?
Can anyone tell me how to combine four cake mix in a bowl to fill 18x13x2.5 inch baking cake pan. Or does anyone have a classic white recipe at home that I get to fill pan. Thank you in advance for all proposals that can give me. Happy Labor Day to you all.
You only have two sets of this size cake! If you use four sets would fill more than pan and it will all go into the oven and burn and you will be very pleased. Well, I only Mix cake mix 2 at a time in my mixing bowls. If you need more of that mix, then I mix one or two after and to allow the first batch to just sit there waiting. Commercial mixers can handle larger batches of dough, but most of the time at home we are limited to that only small batches. No law says you have to go into the oven immediately once poured into the pan. It may sitting there waiting for about 4 hours unrefrigerated 24 or more refrigerated before baking. My recipe for white cake is large and makes about 5 liters of pancakes! I do not need so many once. You can go to http://www.recipezaar.com find other recipes for cake batters, that you may like better than the commercial mix happen to like the Lady Baltimore recipes for white cake.
