Typically, an accident on the track will result in players sliding, rolling and tumbling over large distances and a reasonably long time compared to an accident on a public road. This is due to the large run-off is safe areas most race tracks, hence the players are much less likely to hit hard vertical solid objects in that event. Some leather racing have additional properties protection in order to increase and decrease of sliding speed and discarded. To reduce or prevent such injuries, the most modern apartment with an area of racing, helps sliding on his knees, shoulders and elbows - often made of titanium or plastic, high density, so the driver slides in an environment more Track and as reduced turnover and rejected in the air, which can cause less damage to the angular accelerations and rotational forces

Tough, strong, moderately flexible soles shoes with rigid to protect the rider with some risk. Shoes with oil resistant rubber on the basis of combined soles provide traction on the concrete and help keep the driver's feet on the footrests. If the shoes have heels should be low and wide to provide a solid foundation in a standing position with a bicycle. In the event that shoes can prevent or reduce the foot and ankle injuries.
